Danielle Butler’s law practice focuses on transaction and litigation matters for yachts, jets, fine antiquities and luxury assets. She is the Co-owner of Luxury Law Group and Luxury Financial Group, Managing Partner of Luxury Law Group and the current Past President of the Marine Industries Association of South Florida which owns the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show.

Danielle has extensive experience handling the full range of transaction matters, including the purchase, sale, financing, new construction, chartering, leasing, and registration of domestic and foreign assets. She also negotiates and drafts all contracts related to the purchase, sale, construction, chartering, employment concerning the asset. Danielle regularly counsels clients on ownership structures, state tax consequences, federal import duty, liability exposure and compliance with U.S. laws and international treaties.

Also a licensed pyrotechnician, Danielle has long been involved in her family’s business. Established in 1850, Fireworks by Grucci today produces more than 300 performances annually. Therefore, Danielle also handles matters concerning explosives and fireworks.
